O2 are a good second choice to T-Mobile when wanting a mobile phone contract with a bad credit history.
If you believe that your credit history is not too bad, and really want an O2 contract, then they are certainly recommended. In the event you fail the credit check, T-Mobile can then be a safe and secure option. It must be noted that the T-Mobile credit check is A LOT easier, and if you feel O2 is too much of a risk then you should click here to go apply at T-Mobile. T-Mobile is certainly the first choice, and we can confirm this from our experience in the mobile phone industry, having helped dozens of consumers get contract, despite having a bad credit history.
O2 is a very popular network and for a very good reason. In store they have a reasonable credit check, which is equivalent to most other networks, with the exception of T-Mobile. However the online credit checking procedure at O2 is much more relaxed and a lot more easier to pass. Firstly, they are more likely to outright accept you. Secondly, they will review your application and get back to you, if you are not accepted straight away. If you want to try O2 then click here to apply now.
If you are not rejected by O2 then you may be offered a contract with certain restrictions. This may include having to pay a deposit. As stated however, the chances of being accepted online are very good, providing that your credit history is not too bad. Only apply at O2 if you are ok with taking a risk, otherwise, T-Mobile is the much safer option. Both these networks however, are better than the other networks out there, and that is why we recommend them.
